Privacy Policy (English)

local10 is a venue rating app focused on İstanbul, Türkiye. You can use the app fully anonymously — no sign-up or personal information is required to start.

What we collect

Your votes and duel choices — which venues you liked, disliked, or skipped.
Your location, only during check-in — and only if you grant location permission. It is used solely to verify that you are near the venue (within 150 m). The only location we store is the single point captured at the moment of check-in.
Your email address — only if you choose to link your account, and a username only if you choose to claim one for the leaderboard.

How we use it

This data is used exclusively to compute the city-wide Top 10 lists and leaderboard rankings, and to keep your points, levels, and badges. We do not show ads, we do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not build advertising or tracking profiles.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Supabase (our hosting and database provider), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Venue information and photos are provided by Google Places; photo attributions are shown in the app. Powered by Google.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, open the Profile tab and tap “Hesabımı sil” (Delete my account). This permanently deletes all of your data — votes, badges, points, check-ins, pins, and your account itself. This action cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below; we will process the request promptly.

local10, İstanbul odaklı bir mekan oylama uygulamasıdır. Uygulamayı tamamen anonim kullanabilirsin — başlamak için kayıt veya kişisel bilgi gerekmez.

Topladığımız veriler

Oyların ve düello seçimlerin — hangi mekanları beğendiğin, beğenmediğin veya geçtiğin.
Konumun, yalnızca check-in sırasında — ve yalnızca konum izni verirsen. Konum, mekana yakınlığını (150 m içinde) doğrulamak için kullanılır. Sakladığımız tek konum, check-in anına ait tek noktadır.
E-posta adresin — yalnızca hesabını bağlamayı seçersen; kullanıcı adın — yalnızca liderlik tablosu için bir ad almayı seçersen.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Bu veriler yalnızca şehir genelindeki Top 10 listelerini ve liderlik sıralamalarını hesaplamak, puanlarını, seviyeni ve rozetlerini tutmak için kullanılır. Reklam göstermiyoruz, verilerini üçüncü taraflara satmıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz, reklam/takip amaçlı profilleme yapmıyoruz.

Veriler nerede saklanıyor

Veriler, bizim adımıza veri işleyen barındırma ve veritabanı sağlayıcımız Supabase üzerinde saklanır. Mekan bilgileri ve fotoğraflar Google Places'ten alınır; fotoğraf atıfları uygulama içinde gösterilir. Powered by Google.

Hesabını ve verilerini silme

Uygulamada Profil sekmesini aç ve “Hesabımı sil”e dokun. Bu işlem tüm verilerini — oyların, rozetlerin, puanların, check-in'lerin, pinlerin ve hesabın — kalıcı olarak siler ve geri alınamaz. Dilersen silme talebini aşağıdaki e-posta adresine yazarak da iletebilirsin; talebini hızla işleme alırız.
