Privacy Policy (English)

local10 is a venue rating app focused on İstanbul, Türkiye. You can use the app fully anonymously — no sign-up or personal information is required to start.

What we collect

Your votes and duel choices — which venues you liked, disliked, or skipped.
Your location, only during check-in — and only if you grant location permission. It is used solely to verify that you are near the venue (within 150 m). The only location we store is the single point captured at the moment of check-in.
Your email address — only if you choose to link your account, and a username only if you choose to claim one for the leaderboard.
Anonymous usage data — which screens you open and which actions you take (for example completing onboarding or casting a vote), together with your app version, operating system version, device model and app language. This data carries no free text and is not linked to your account: venue names, notes and your email address are never included, and your IP address is discarded rather than stored.

How we use it

Your votes, check-ins and account data are used to compute the city-wide Top 10 lists and leaderboard rankings, and to keep your points, levels and badges. Anonymous usage data is used only to understand how the app is used and to improve it — for example to see at which step new users drop off. We do not show ads, we never sell your data, and we do not build advertising or tracking profiles. The only third party that receives any of this data is our analytics provider described below, which processes it on our behalf.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Supabase (our hosting and database provider), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Venue information and photos are provided by Google Places; photo attributions are shown in the app. Powered by Google.

Anonymous usage data is processed by PostHog Inc. on our behalf, on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (PostHog Cloud EU). It is kept only as long as needed to analyse product usage.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, open the Profile tab and tap “Hesabımı sil” (Delete my account). This permanently deletes all of your data — votes, badges, points, check-ins, pins, and your account itself. This action cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below; we will process the request promptly.

Anonymous usage data is not linked to your account, so it cannot be traced back to you and is not part of this deletion. If you would still like it removed, write to us and we will delete the records from that device.

Topladığımız veriler

Oyların ve düello seçimlerin — hangi mekanları beğendiğin, beğenmediğin veya geçtiğin.
Konumun, yalnızca check-in sırasında — ve yalnızca konum izni verirsen. Konum, mekana yakınlığını (150 m içinde) doğrulamak için kullanılır. Sakladığımız tek konum, check-in anına ait tek noktadır.
E-posta adresin — yalnızca hesabını bağlamayı seçersen; kullanıcı adın — yalnızca liderlik tablosu için bir ad almayı seçersen.
Anonim kullanım verisi — hangi ekranları açtığın ve hangi işlemleri yaptığın (örneğin tanıtımı tamamlaman veya oy vermen), uygulama sürümün, işletim sistemi sürümün, cihaz modelin ve uygulama dilinle birlikte. Bu veri serbest metin taşımaz ve hesabınla ilişkilendirilmez: mekan adları, notlar ve e-posta adresin asla dahil edilmez, IP adresin ise saklanmaz, atılır.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Oyların, check-in'lerin ve hesap verilerin şehir genelindeki Top 10 listelerini ve liderlik sıralamalarını hesaplamak, puanlarını, seviyeni ve rozetlerini tutmak için kullanılır. Anonim kullanım verisi ise yalnızca uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve uygulamayı geliştirmek için kullanılır — örneğin yeni kullanıcıların hangi adımda vazgeçtiğini görmek için. Reklam göstermiyoruz, verilerini asla satmıyoruz, reklam veya takip amaçlı profilleme yapmıyoruz. Bu verilerden herhangi birini alan tek üçüncü taraf, aşağıda açıklanan ve bizim adımıza veri işleyen analitik sağlayıcımızdır.

Veriler nerede saklanıyor

Veriler, bizim adımıza veri işleyen barındırma ve veritabanı sağlayıcımız Supabase üzerinde saklanır. Mekan bilgileri ve fotoğraflar Google Places'ten alınır; fotoğraf atıfları uygulama içinde gösterilir. Powered by Google.

Anonim kullanım verisi, bizim adımıza veri işleyen PostHog Inc. tarafından Almanya'nın Frankfurt şehrindeki sunucularda işlenir (PostHog Cloud EU). Bu veri yalnızca ürün kullanımını analiz etmek için gereken süre boyunca tutulur.

Hesabını ve verilerini silme

Uygulamada Profil sekmesini aç ve “Hesabımı sil”e dokun. Bu işlem tüm verilerini — oyların, rozetlerin, puanların, check-in'lerin, pinlerin ve hesabın — kalıcı olarak siler ve geri alınamaz. Dilersen silme talebini aşağıdaki e-posta adresine yazarak da iletebilirsin; talebini hızla işleme alırız.

Anonim kullanım verisi hesabınla ilişkili olmadığı için sana geri götürülemez ve bu silme işleminin kapsamında değildir. Yine de silinmesini istersen bize yaz, o cihaza ait kayıtları sileriz.
